When you visit the site, we collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. This includes the pages visited and any donation made. We then aggregate this information with thousands of other pieces of information to improve our site and make your time on the site as valuable and efficient as possible.

No solicitation to donate, however, is made on the site.

We do not, and will not, rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information, personal information or other information we may, or do, directly receive about you to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

Information We Need

When you make a donation, we need to know your name, email, mailing address and phone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your donation and to notify you of your donation status. We ask for your phone number in the event that our customer service representatives need to contact you about your donation.

Information collected directly by the Association is double password protected in our computer files. Only vetted staff members of the Association have access to this information.

We do not release the names, identities or background information on any of our donors or members to any person, unless required by law, or by your voluntary and freely given permission to do so, in writing, signed and notarized by you. 

Our policy is intended to provide you with the safest and most secure experience possible. Since the law, offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our privacy policy at any time without prior notice.
